"I do believe in spooks!"

"I do, I do, I do, I do, I DO believe in spooks!"
The Sound Politics echo chamber is ramping up again. Same song, second verse.
Stefan has apparently decided that if he posts more numbers on ballot/voter variances and calls it "best numbers yet", it will all of a sudden have meaning and count for something. Or as the Cowardly Lion in the Wizard of Oz...he's conjuring up spooks because he can't see (or refuses to see) reality: variances have nothing to do with counting accuracy. No matter how many times variance numbers are posted, they're still irrelevant to determining the outcome of the election.
It would be no different if Stefan took affadavits from voters to have them swear to what color they were wearing the day they voted.
