Is pedophilia legal as long as they claim to be Christian?
The other day Carla and I both noticed a hit on the blog's hit counter from a site called Naturist Christians, which ostensibly caters to "christians" who are into public nudity.
The site claims that "(n)aturists enjoy being natural, in a non-sexual, non-erotic way and Christian naturists uphold the moral values taught by Jesus and at the same time enjoy being in touch with nature in a very natural way."
I was a bit surprised to see photo albums listed, as that seemed to be clearly gratuitous. They are a membership site and only three photo albums are available to non-members. So I decided to take a look and see if I thought they were holding true to their claim of "non-sexual, non-erotic" naturism.
While I can't get into the minds of whomever submits and posts these pictures, and I can only imagine what the members only photo albums contain. I saw more than enough to be very disturbed and sick to my stomach.
Among the photos available for anyone to look at are a number of naked children. Each thumbnail photo lists how many views that particular photo had, which shows how many times a given photo was clicked on so that the viewer could see a larger version of the photo.
Frankly I'm shocked and surprised that displaying fully naked pubescent girls and boys is legal. Particularly when the pics that list by far the most views happen to be of obviously underage teenage girls and boys with their vaginas, young breasts (or where breasts will develope at an older age) and penises clealy visible. Being a man I know perfectly well that some of those boys are at least partially aroused just by what I can see. And those pics have more listed views than other pics which don't clearly show a semi-aroused boy's penis. Likewise, the thumbnail photos of early pubescent girls, and one of a clearly pre-pubescent girl, clearly showing breasts and vaginal area have far more listed views than other pics of girls, particularly older, more developed girls.
Regardless of whether the site and whomever submitted the photos might not have had any sexual or erotic motivations (something that I extremely implausible), it is stunningly obvious just from viewing the pics, particularly their third photo album which is about teenagers, and the corresponding view stats that the pictures of these UNDERAGE kids are being viewed for erotic sexual purposes.
WHY/HOW IS THIS LEGAL???
WTF???
