Ballsy, or Just Looney Tunes?

A former Canadian defense minister, who shocked the world a year and a half ago by claiming to have seen a UFO, is now demanding world governments use secret alien technologies to save the planet. With global climate change threatening all life on the planet, it is time to stop hiding the non-fossil fuel technologies we have gathered from crashed UFOs. It's not that he knows such technology exists, but he believes governments aren't coming clean about what they know. He says it is clear that UFOs must have advanced propulsion systems or exceptional fuels in order to travel so far to reach Earth, and these could help save the planet.

Is the man a visionary, or is he nuts? The answer probably depends on whether the reader entertains the notion that UFOs – alien visitors - may actually exist. I wonder what Jimmy Carter thinks?
