Someone Forgot To Tell Boeing That Taxes Were Supposed To Drive Them Out Of Oregon
Boeing Co. plans to pour up to $120 million into its Gresham operation, replacing a 30-year old chemical processing plant and adding 152 jobs in the next three years. The company, based in Chicago, plans to build a 60,000-square foot facility to treat metals such as titanium and stainless steel, used in making commercial aircraft parts.
The upgrade will enable the aircraft maker to meet technological requirements for manufacturing its newest upcoming releases, the 787 Dreamliner and the 747-8 Freighter, both stalled by delays.
Hey, Boeing! Did you not get the memo that Measures 66 and 67 were supposed to make Oregon tax hell and impossible for you to squeeze massive profits?
You're going to make Americans for a Permanent Lower Class and SerfdomWorks look bad. And they don't need any help!
